Amendment No. 1 (page 1913) by Representatives Gruenberg, Josephson, Guttenberg, and Gara was moved and pending. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?" Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that HB 212 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered.
